Engineered for Precision and Efficiency
The core of the Nextas Tech Zero-Point System is its precision locking mechanism. It uses pneumatic pressure (typically 6 bar) to drive an internal piston for quick unlocking. Once the pressure is released, powerful mechanical springs immediately pull down and lock the positioning pins (Pull Studs). This "normally closed" design ensures that the workpiece remains securely locked even in the event of an air supply failure, guaranteeing machining safety. The body is made of high-strength hardened steel and precision ground to ensure long-term durability and accuracy.

Our Zero-Point System provides standardized interfaces (e.g., 52mm and 96mm spacing) compatible with most fixtures, vises, and pallets on the market.
