1. Zero Point Clamping System (Core Star Product)

We will display our full-range zero-point clamping system, covering standard multi-station, ultra-slim lightweight, horizontal machining, and robot-customized models. Adopting hardened stainless steel material and a mechanical self-locking structure, the product achieves an ultra-high 0.003 mm repeated positioning accuracy. Equipped with built-in self-cleaning and air-tight detection functions, it supports pneumatic quick unlocking and second-level fixture replacement, effectively reducing machine idle time. With flexible installation methods and complete specifications, it perfectly adapts to flexible small-batch production and heavy-duty precision machining scenarios.

2. Zero Point Plate System (Supporting Core Fixture)

Our showcased zero point plate system includes two mainstream versions: pneumatic and manual, with full specifications from small-size to heavy-duty models and customized riser & right-angle plates. Featuring 4×90° fixed indexing positioning design, it reaches up to 0.005mm ultra-high positioning accuracy. The pneumatic type supports stable pneumatic drive with large clamping force and load capacity, while the manual type boasts ultra-long service life after hundreds of thousands of fatigue tests. With universal standard interfaces, it is highly compatible with global mainstream machine tools, realizing modular rapid assembly and standardized intelligent fixture management.
