Product overview

Six manual riser rows

Use this page when the job calls for one of the raised catalogue rows, not a flat plate from the wider family. Match the item number, the pull stud, and the machine table drawing before you mount the plate.

52 mm rows

NT-S52P150V2, NT-S52P150V3, and NT-S52P250V1 list 20 kN, pull stud NT-S52P16V1, and manual unlocking.

96 mm rows

NT-S96P192V3, NT-S96P192V4, and NT-S96P315V1 list 30 kN, pull stud NT-S96P20V1, and manual unlocking.

Shared features

Hardened stainless steel, 4 × 90° indexing, and repeat positioning of <0.005 mm.

Catalogue name

The table keeps the catalogue name beside the item number. Match that named row to the catalogue drawing.

Selection and mounting

Match the stud and the table

  • Choose a 52 mm row, NT-S52P150V2, NT-S52P150V3, or NT-S52P250V1, only when the vise or fixture uses pull stud NT-S52P16V1.
  • Choose a 96 mm row, NT-S96P192V3, NT-S96P192V4, or NT-S96P315V1, only when the vise or fixture uses pull stud NT-S96P20V1. A 52 mm stud does not lock in a 96 mm seat.
  • Send the machine table drawing and match it to the catalogue plate drawing before you drill or mount the plate.
  • Repeat positioning is listed as <0.005 mm. Treat that as the catalogue figure. Confirm the seated setup on the drawing and on the machine before you release the job.

Applications

Where a riser row fits

52 mm riser

A raised 52 mm row when the fixture uses NT-S52P16V1 and the catalogue name is the one on the drawing.

96 mm riser

A raised 96 mm row when the fixture uses NT-S96P20V1 and the catalogue name is the one on the drawing.

Riser seat

NT-S52P250V1 and NT-S96P315V1 are the catalogue riser-seat rows. Use the item number on the drawing, not a guessed height.

Flat-plate jobs

A flat plate from the manual zero-point plate family stays on that product page. This page does not repeat those rows.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which rows use the 52 mm pull stud?

The catalogue lists NT-S52P16V1 on NT-S52P150V2, NT-S52P150V3, and NT-S52P250V1. Those three rows also list 20 kN.

Which rows use the 96 mm pull stud?

The catalogue lists NT-S96P20V1 on NT-S96P192V3, NT-S96P192V4, and NT-S96P315V1. Those three rows also list 30 kN.

Is the clamping force the same on every row?

No. The 52 mm rows list 20 kN. The 96 mm rows list 30 kN. Both figures are catalogue clamping force, not a measured result for a particular cut.

Does the catalogue repeatability replace a machine check?

No. The catalogue lists <0.005 mm. Seating, datum, and the cut still have to be confirmed on the approved drawing and on the machine.

What should I send for a quote?

The machine table drawing, the item number, the vise or fixture with its pull stud, the workpiece envelope, and the quantity.

Fast quote

Name, work email, and the machine with the item number are enough to start. The reply confirms the pull stud and the catalogue row after the table and vise drawings are reviewed.
